Need to Register Your Loan?

Summary: AMB requires all new branches to register their loans so AMB can review your work to make sure it complies with our quality control standards. AMB also requires that all loans be registered if an AMB employee refers a borrower to another branch. This way AMB can help monitor the progress of the file to preserve  the integrity of the referring employee. You must also register your loan if you plan to have The Processing Pros assist you in originating your loan.

Originating Special Policy Loans

AMB entertains allowing a branch to have multiple state licenses depending upon the expertise of the branch staff, committed dedication to professionalism and the willingness of a state to allow the branch to operate. To be approved to open up another state a branch must demonstrate compliance with that state's rules. This means that if a branch is required to have a staffed, physical presence, that it has one. It might also mean using multiple names since a branch's primary DBA might not be available in another state. If CE is required, managers must make sure that all originators get and keep their credentials up-to-date.

As a multi-state originator we understand that not all branches can or will get approved in all states but may, on occasion, entertain requests from states other than those they are licensed for. You should understand that by default, Encompass users are set up to enter loans for which their branch is licensed to originate. When attempting to originate a loan in a state for which you are not approved, you find you cannot enter the complete address in Encompass. You can use the form below to refer your request to someone who can work it.

NOTE: As a double check to assure that a Special Policy loan is reviewed promptly AMB requires that the loan be assigned is placed in My Pipeline and assigned to the processor with the username "specialpolicy" Reviewer (appears in the list as lastname, "Special" and first name, "Policy")!
