DO NOT download Adobe Reader 8.1.2 or you will not be able to download attachments in your efolder and it will give you an error. Adobe Reader 8.0 or 7.0 is fine but Encompass cannot handle Adobe Reader 8.1.2 upgrade. |

To print a FNMA file to your desktop, you will now see two new instruction boxes. Click "continue" on both of them. When you get to the box that says "lenders", chose the "find lenders" tab, and then choose "export file to other partners". Now, instead of your borrowers getting a link to open their documents, they will have to complete a form for Status Online. They can then log in and see their documents.
