To be totally frank, we have established relationships with over 250 lenders. Adding new lenders is not something we do lightly. Every new vendor is chosen because they either have products that our associates have immediate need for, they deliver products that are unique are well-priced or they have innovative ways of working with brokers (such as well designed E-commerce sites or automated registration and locking procedures).

Our Compliance department carefully reviews each agreement for language that is fair and equitable to both parties. While we accept responsibility for our own actions, we frown on buy-back provisions that come about from errors or omissions by third parties or by borrowers. We will not execute contracts with this type of language. Further, we will reject a lender's contract if it says that the lender may unilaterally change their agreement in the future or if it incorporates their manual as part of the agreement.

Need Us to Update Our Lender List?

We have made available Our Approved Lender spreadsheet (10/2/08) of the wholesalers we sell to. You can also view Loan Programs on the Lender List. You are welcome to download it. Account executives can request to have an entry updated by sending an E-mail to Lenders. Associates or prospective employees can use this same E-mail to recommend new lenders to us.

As part of AMB's continuing effort to be fair to all providers, we have created our Service Provider Agreement. This agreement describes the context of performing services for AMB and also consists of your W-9 form. To provide services to AMB you must sign and return both forms.
