Targeted States

Wholesale Access, a national research firm once estimated that 50% of all mortgage brokers were in five states: California, Florida, Georgia, New York and Texas. AMB has a commitment to be represented in each of these states. We currently have licenses in California, Florida, Georgia and New York. We heartily welcome inquiries from mortgage professionals in Texas as we are ready and eager to do business in the Lone Star State but will not purse licensing unless we are relatively comfortable of having a physical presence there.

Southeast (9)

AMB is well represented in the Southeast. We are licensed or registered in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Atlantic Coast (4)

Our Atlantic Coast presence consists of Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC and West Virginia.

Central (5)

The Central portion of the country includes Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio.

Northeast (5)

Our Northeast states include Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Pennsylvania.

West (4)

The West includes Alaska, California, Colorado and Hawaii.
